Ventura
Raceway's International Motor Contest Association (IMCA)'s Sprint
Cars were established in the mid 1990s. This class provided a great
entry to sprints by providing a less expensive alternative of a 410.
This class thrived at Jim Naylor's Ventura Raceway, until late 1999,
when the track started the Ventura Racing Association.
Star Drivers included
Kevin Kierce, Rick Taylor, Gary Howard, Chris Wakim, Jimmy Crawford, Troy
Rutherford, Tom Stansberry, Randy Moody, J Hicks, and more.
