Great battle between Kruseman and Argo that kept fans on their feet. Yellow flew on lap 26 and soon after the restart Kruseman went inside Argo for the lead coming off turn four for his sixth straight PAS win.
Jarrett Chaney looked very impressive qualifying 7th quick, winning his first Passing Masters Dash and running no worse than fourth in the main until he got together with Richard Griffin off turn four on lap 26 bringing out the only yellow of the main. After being bumped off, Chaney stopped in the work area and that constituted two stops and he was done for the night.
Tony Jones drove the Mike Wall #37. This is the car that was driven by Arie Prins. They almost missed qualifying due to mechanical problems, but with less than 10 seconds remaining on the qualifying clock, they bumped off and Jones turned in a nice 16.901 for sixth quick time. He copped the last transfer in his heat race with a thrilling last corner pass and looked good taking sixth in the main in his first time in the car. Word has it that he may be staying in this ride.
Very safe night with no flips or reds and few yellows before another large crowd.
