STEVE NIX TAKES OPENER |
|
Hollywood Hills, NM (April 12, 2003) - The NMMRA
opened their 2003 Season at Hollywood Hills Speedway. A warm evening had the
sprinters run on a slick and dusty track. Heat winners were #61 Charlie Fagan,
#45x Rickey Hood and #48 Bobby Seals, Past 3 Time Champion. The 20 Lap Feature saw #0x Steve Nix move from his 9th place inverted start to the lead by lap 4. He took Larry Huckabee’s checker and the $1000 win over #0 Robert Jansson, #22 Bo Baker, #45x Rickey Hood and #65 Ricky Johnson. The NMMRA Sprint Cars next event will be at Albuquerque, New Mexico's Duke City Raceway on May 3rd. HEAT 1 |
