NOTES:
In the A Main, Eddie Wirth was quickly pulling away from everybody
when he broke a magneto on Lap 5.
18 cars finished the Main Event.
The purse for Saturday was $10,000 to win, plus Lap Money of $50 per
lap divided among the top 10 drivers each lap.
This was Bubby Jones' first Pacific Coast Nationals Win.
It was also the second straight year for Steve Kinser to finish
second.
