POINTS STANDINGS - 5/15 First Time Winner Garcia Entertains Crowd at Orland Raceway Billy Garcia garnered his first Wix Filters Sprint Car Feature win at Orland Raceway Saturday, May 15th, taking his #19b machine to the lead on a first lap restart and never looking back despite numerous yellow flags. Last week's winner Ed Butterfield was hot on Garcia's tail most of the way but was unable to overtake Billy. Tony Richards passed Butterfield and took over second position. The trio finished 1-2-3 when the checkered flag was unfurled, followed by 2003's Rookie of the Year Chris Webber, and Dave Emery Sr., in Emery's best finish of the season. Track Champion Josh Jacobo seemed to be in the wrong place all night, encountering problems in the heat race as well as the main event. Chris Webber took home the Trophy Dash win.
