ORLAND SPRINT CARS - Wix Filters
Championship Series
A-MAIN 2003 track champion Josh Jacobo looked like a sure bet
in the Wix Filters Sprint Car main event until Jacobo tangled with a
twice lapped car on the last lap and took himself out of competition
for the night. Right on Jacobo's bumper and ready to take the lead was
last week's winner Tony Richards. '03 Rookie of the
Year Chris Webber had a chance at the win, but was also the victim of
lapped traffic. Webber garnered his second dash victory of
the '04 season. |
