(FEBRUARY 5, 2009, PERRIS, CA) Perris Auto Speedway is set to kick off the most diverse schedule in its 14 year history two weeks from this Saturday. Fans wanting to take advantage of the best deal in racing, money saving PAS 2009 season tickets, can do so now by calling the track office.
The curtain will raise on the 2009 season on Saturday, February 21st, with round one of the Mickey Thompson Tires/KalGard Lubricant’s SXS Stadium Off Road Series. The following week, the popular Riverside County clay oval will play host to the Sokola Shootout featuring the USAC/CRA & National Sprint Cars along with the USAC Western & National Midget Series’. The track’s in house PASSCAR Series will take it’s first green flag on March 7th. The complete 2009 schedule is listed below.
Fans wishing to save cash and avoid lines at the ticket window on race night can call the track office to purchase season tickets. Perris Auto Speedway is on the Lake Perris Fairgrounds (home of the Southern California Fair), approximately one hour east of Los Angeles and one hour North of San Diego. To get to the track, take the 215 freeway, exit on the Ramona Expressway and go two miles east to the fairgrounds.
