5/27/2009 --- After a very successful two night run of Dwarf Car Nationals,
Kings Speedway will be on hiatus until June 20th.
June is Dairy month and Kings Speedway is planning to honor this very
important Valley Industry. The Non-winged West Coast Sprinters, IMCA Mods,
Stocks USAC ¼ Midgets and the Crate Late Models will be on hand for a great
night of racing.
This past Friday and Saturday nights the IMCA MODS division had 30 cars sign
both nights, with a 24 car A Main each night. After such a long lay off it
expected that a like number of MODS will make an appearance at Kings Speedway.
On June 20th, some lucky driver will win the Milk Can Trophy and featured
races will be the MOO 40 and the MOO 400. All in all it should be a fun night
for all.
In honor of Dairy Month, all fans will receive FREE Ice Cream.
As part of our regular Saturday night show, Track Announcer Tower Dave will
again have a plethora of T-shirts, Grandstand tickets and vendor goodies to give
out to lucky ticket holders throughout the night.
