BANDIT SPRINTS RETURN TO TULARE SATURDAY |

MAY 11, 2009 --- The Bandit Sprint Car Series is set to return to the Thunderbowl Raceway in Tulare for the Brian & Chris Faria Memorial this Saturday May 16th. The long running series saw past champions Danny Sheridan and Peter Murphy duel to the finish line with Sheridan taking the win in the last visit to Tulare. Davey Pombo is on a roll after winning last weekend's event and the Bandit/VRA Grand slam in Bakersfield. A reminder to all competitors, The muffler rule is 95dba at 100'. ASCS motors may compete without gasket or 2 3/16ths restrictor. All other combinations require either the unaltered ASCS gasket or 2 3/16ths restrictor.
