Sherman Over USA Octoberfest for ASCS Canyon Region Win |

Lonnie Wheatley, TUCSON, Ariz. (October 11, 2008) – Jeremy Sherman made it a dozen Discount Tire Co. American Sprint Car Series Canyon Region wins on the season by topping Saturday night's 30-lap feature highlighting USA Race Park's Octoberfest activities. Sherman started from the front row outside and drove Fred Bryan's F&E Development No. 77 to victory lane in the non-stop affair. Sherman was chased to the line by R.J. Johnson, with Nathan High, Charles Davis, Jr., and Jeremy Reagles rounding out the top five, with Mike Martin turning in the top passing performance by racing from 16th to sixth. Charles Davis, Jr., won the Trophy Dash and then topped the second heat race after Jay Ervine won the first heat. Discount Tire Co.
