CANCELS APRIL 1ST DATE DUE TO WEATHER |

March 29, 2006...Recent storms throughout the San Joaquin Valley have forced postponement of the scheduled April 1 Golden State Challenge event at Tulare’s Thunderbowl Raceway.
Promoter Steve Faria surveyed the water-logged facility and deemed it “unfit for the comfort of the fans and the safety of the drivers.” No re-scheduled date has been set at this time. The next regular GSC event at Thunderbowl is scheduled for Saturday, April 15. Fans can purchase individual or season tickets by visiting Thunderbowl’s website www.thunderbowlraceway.com. Click on “seating chart,” select your favorite spot and call for reservations at 559/688-0909. Credit cards are accepted. Reserved Grandstands seats are $18, open Bleachers seats are $15. Bleacher tickets for kids 6–12 are only $7.50, (under 6 are free), available at the box office only. |
