(OCTOBER
3, 2006, PERRIS, CA)
The final night of the 11th Annual Budweiser Oval Nationals
presented by Temecula Valley Pipe & Supply at Perris Auto Speedway on
November 4th, will be televised across the United States on the
Outdoor Channel’s “USAC Thunder” show.
The date of the telecast has yet to be determined.
“This
is a winning situation for everyone involved,” PAS promoter Don Kazarian said.
“The Oval Nationals has been gaining in stature across the country
every year and it is time that it gets this great coverage.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the drivers & teams and Perris
Auto Speedway. The great action we
see every week will shown across the nation and it will expose everyone’s
sponsors to millions of viewers. And,
it is the second time that we have been featured on “USAC Thunder” this
season.”
Kazarian
is correct about millions of viewers. The
Outdoor Channel is available to more than 24.6 million subscriber homes across
the nation via satellite and cable. “I
can’t stress how important this exposure can be to all of the sponsors
involved. I know we plan on taking
advantage of it and we hope all of the race teams will do the same.”

Oval Nationals will encompass six days in 2006.
On Tuesday night, October 31st, there will be a practice
session for all entered cars that will be free for fans. November 1st
