(SEPTEMBER
14, 2006, PERRIS, CA)
The Cory Kruseman Sprint Car Driving School will close nearly a full week
of activities surrounding the 11th Annual Budweiser Oval Nationals,
presented by Temecula Valley Pipe & Supply, at Perris Auto Speedway on
Sunday, November 5th. The
school will have a morning and afternoon session on the same half-mile clay oval
where the best drivers in the nation will battle it out for a $30,000.00 first
prize the previous night.
“We
have a lot going on with the Oval Nationals starting the Tuesday before the
race,” Perris promoter Don Kazarian said with a smile.
“We get a lot of fans from all over the country and this will be a
great opportunity for them to drive a real sprint car on a real race track.
Imagine yourself heading into turn one at The PAS with 630 horsepower at
your toe as you slide sideways in a 1,200 pound sprint car.
It is a blast and it can make a great early Christmas present!”
In
addition to getting to drive a real sprint car on a real racetrack, students
will be tutored by one of the best in the business. “Cory is a great
instructor and very patient with his students,” Kazarian said.
“All of the students emerge from the cars with an ear to ear grin and a
true appreciation of what these cars can do.”
