The Hoosier Tire Midwest Sprint Car Series completed the 2006 season
schedule with the two back-to-back appearances at the Legendary Lawrenceburg
Speedway on September 29th and 30th.
Points earned at those two events are tabulated and the final update is
now ready for release.
The update includes the Top Ten Hoosier Tire MSCS Drivers and the Top
Engler Machine and Tool 2006 Rookies. The
Mike’s Motors Hard Chargers and the AFCO Shocks Top Competitors are also
listed. MSCS is indebted to all its
sponsors for the ongoing support during this past season and again for upcoming
post season awards and contingency prizes.
The complete 2006 MSCS Points rundown will be posted on the official web
site at www. mscssprints. com as
soon as the MSCS webmaster’s health improves and he is available to resume his
duties. In all 137 sprint car
drivers earned MSCS points in competition this season out of an available pool
of 145 drivers. In the meantime
information will continue to be provided to everyone through the various racing
media, both in paper-print form and on line.
