RAIN
CANCELS MSCS LINCOLN APPEARANCE |
|
April 30, 2005...The Hoosier Tire Midwest Sprint Car Series race scheduled for this past Saturday night April 29th at Lincoln Speedway was cancelled due to rain. MSCS Officials were notified by phone of the decision early Saturday morning. With rain already present and the local Lincoln, IL, forecast at 100% for more rain throughout the day and on into the evening, the decision to cancel was made by the speedway management. Overall the prediction was for rainfall amounts between 1 and 3 inches. The MSCS will now make its first appearance of the season at Lincoln Speedway on
