Preseason Meeting in Sacramento |

February 2, 2006...The California Asphalt Sprintcar Association will be
holding it annual preseason meeting Saturday, February 25, 2006 at RPM Kart
Racing Center located at 3130 Bradshaw Road in Sacramento, CA at 1:00 PM.
This is a very important meeting for all to attend. For those not yet aware, CASA will co-sanction 12 of their 13 races for 2006 with USAC. This partnership involves many changes for both clubs and everyone from both clubs is welcome and encouraged to attend. “This partnership was a necessity for both clubs as a way to secure tracks and car counts for both clubs in 2006. There are new tire rules and race formats for 2006 that effect both clubs as well as an opportunity to race for two championships in this new "Best in the West Series", said CASA President and CEO Scott Clough. It is imperative to have a good turnout, as this will be a good opportunity for both clubs to start the season on a positive note. |
