PAS OPENS JULY 8TH! |

27, 2005, PERRIS, CA) The brand new
Diamond
Valley Automotive Group – Honda, Mazda Volkswagen Strip at The PAS, will stage
it’s first ever drag race on Friday night July 8th.
The brand new racing venue will be located in the shadows of Don
Kazarian’s Perris Auto Speedway on the Lake Perris Fairgrounds. Kazarian
and his crew have been working feverishly to get the 1/8 of a mile drag strip
ready for the opener. The concrete
burnout and starting pads were poured two weeks ago and the extended runoff
strip is done as well. The starting
line Christmas Tree arrived along with the computers last week and the k-rails
should be arriving within the next couple of days. Racing
will take place every Friday night and is open to anyone 16-years old or over
with a valid registration, drivers license and a helmet.
In addition to cars and trucks, motorcycles will also be on the menu.
It will be horsepower unleashed in a safe and sane environment.
Gate
will open at 4:00 PM every Friday with racing from 5:00 – 10:30.
Tech will close at 9:00 (you cannot run if you do not go through tech).
Spectators will pay $10.00 and it will be $20.00 for competitors Make

conveniently located on the freeway close Lake Perris Fairgrounds, home of the
Southern California Fair, approximately one hour east of Los Angeles. Take the
215 Freeway, exit at the Ramona Expressway and go east two and a half miles to
