16, 2005, PERRIS, CA) Thursday
afternoon, Perris Auto Speedway promoter Don Kazarian announced schedule changes
for the month of July.
The
Valvoline USAC/CRA Sprint Car race presented by Temecula Valley Pipe &
Supply on July 16th has been moved to July 23rd.
This will allow drivers with rides lined up in the annual Indiana Sprint
Week to participate in the entire series and fly back to The PAS for the July 23rd
race. Indiana Sprint Week starts on
July 14th at Twin Cities Raceway Park in Mt. Vernon, Indiana and has
races scheduled at Indiana tracks seven times in nine days.
On the 16th when the USAC/CRA Series was originally scheduled
at The PAS, the Sprint Week tour stops at Lincoln Park Speedway in Putnamville,
Indiana. Joining the USAC/CRA
Sprint Cars on July 23rd will be the California Lightning Sprint
Cars.
The
MC Builders Super Stocks, Ramona Tire Street Stocks and the Hornets were
originally scheduled July 23rd at
The PAS. They have been moved
forward to fill the July 16th slot.
The WRA Vintage Cars that were scheduled for July 16th have
been rescheduled to September 3rd and the IMCA Modified show
scheduled for July 23rd will be moved to later in the season pending
approval from the IMCA.
