SNAP-ON TOOLS AVAILABLE AT PERRIS AUTO SPEEDWAY THIS SATURDAY NIGHT!

(JUNE 7, 2005, PERRIS, CA) Fans attending this Saturday’s Valvoline USAC/CRA Sprint Car race, presented by Temecula Valley Pipe & Supply at Perris Auto Speedway, will have a great opportunity to go tool shopping. Snap-on Tools, sponsors of the USAC/CRA Snap-on Tools Trophy Dash and track sponsors of Perris Auto Speedway, will have 10 Snap-on trucks in attendance selling their quality tools on the main spectator walkway into the track. In addition to offering their fine line of tools to the fans, Snap-on will be holding a tire-changing contest for early arrivals.

On the track, the first race of the night will be the three-lap Snap-on Tools Trophy Dash for the four fastest qualifiers. The winner of each Snap-on Tools Trophy dash receives $200.00. In addition, the winner also receives a $100.00 gift certificate from Snap-on. At the conclusion of the season, the top point driver in the dash standings will get a $5,000.00 tool package from Snap-on. Concord, California’s Damion Gardner currently holds a bulging lead in the Snap-on Tools Trophy Dash standings. The only driver to win more than one Snap-on Tools Dash is Charles Davis Jr. The Buckeye, Arizona based star has two wins in the three-lap race heading into Saturday’s action. Gardner and Davis will be in action and challenged by all of the top West Coast sprint car drivers this Saturday at The PAS.

Don’t forget, the month of June is “Kid’s Month” at The PAS and all kids 12 and under will be admitted free when they are accompanied by an Adult.

Perris Auto Speedway is conveniently located on the freeway close Lake Perris Fairgrounds, home of the Southern California Fair, approximately one hour east of Los Angeles. Take the 215 Freeway, exit at the Ramona Expressway and go east two and a half miles to the fairgrounds.
