Dwayne Marcum Update

April 17, 2005 - Dwayne Marcum crashed at Perris on 4/16/05 and was transported to the Riverside Community Hospital near the track on Mason Street. 

The hospital phone number is 951-486-4000. 

Terry and I went to visit with him and he got pretty banged up in the crash which was one of the worst seen in a while. Among the many bruises and pains from the wild ride, a
broken collorbone is included. He is in good spirits and will be down for a while recovering and getting back on his feet. He will be here locally in the Riverside Hospital until he gets to go home to Fresno to complete his recuperation. 

He will fully recover and hopes to get back with us very soon. He sends his thanks to all and can be reached for a few days at 951-486-6159 in his ICU room. 

He looks pretty good but is confined to his bed for now until the swelling goes down and he can get into rehab.
