GLENN COUNTY FAIR DATES ANNOUNCED |

(MAY 5, 2004 - ORLAND, CA) The Glenn County Fair has announced that
Orland Raceway will present two races during their annual fair which runs May
19th through 23 in Orland. Friday night's event will include the Wix Filters Sprint Cars, the Pure Stocks and Mini Trucks. Pit gate will open at 4:00 PM and racing will begin at 7:00 PM as usual. Grandstand admission, according to the Fairgrounds, is $6.00 plus admission to the Fair, which is also $6.00. The Sunday night event will feature Wix Filters Sprint Cars and Hornets. Sunday night racing will begin at 6:30 PM, with pit gate opening at 3:00 PM. This show is free with the price of gate admission. Both events are points races for Raceway competitors. WES DINSMORE of Chico will have his #4d Pure Stock in competition at the annual Glenn County Fair's Friday night race on May 21st. Dinsmore will be defending his 2003 track championship title for the division. CHRIS WEBBER, 2003 Rookie of the Year at Orland Raceway, will compete both Friday and Sunday at the Fair in his #40 Non-Wing Sprint Car. |
